Berry Mascarpone Flan

For a simple, quick-fix dessert, look no further.


  • 1 Pampas Sweet Shortcrust Pastry Case
  • 200g mascarpone
  • 300g cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp sifted CSR Icing sugar
  • 1 punnet mixed berries


  1. Preheat oven to 180˚C conventional or 160˚C fan-forced. Place case on an oven tray and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and set aside to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, place mascarpone, cream cheese and icing sugar in a medium bowl. Beat with a wooden spoon until just combined. Cover and refrigerate.
  3. Fill case with mascarpone cream cheese mixture.
  4. Top with mixed berries and serve.
