Berry Mascarpone Flan

Ingredients
- 1 Pampas Sweet Shortcrust Pastry Case
- 200g mascarpone
- 300g cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sifted CSR Icing sugar
- 1 punnet mixed berries
Method
- Preheat oven to 180˚C conventional or 160˚C fan-forced. Place case on an oven tray and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and set aside to cool.
- Meanwhile, place mascarpone, cream cheese and icing sugar in a medium bowl. Beat with a wooden spoon until just combined. Cover and refrigerate.
- Fill case with mascarpone cream cheese mixture.
- Top with mixed berries and serve.
