Gingerbread Men and Star Pastries for Nutella Fondue

These Gingerbread Men and Star Pastries for Nutella Fondue taste just as good as they look! Once you start, you won't be able to stop.
Ingredients
- 2 sheets Pampas Puff Pastry
- 120g Nutella®
- 2 tsp of CSR Icing Sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Thaw 2 sheets of puff pastry whilst you line two large baking trays with baking paper.
- Using a small gingerbread cookie cutter, cut out 24 gingerbread men from one pastry sheet. Repeat using your small star cutter on the other pastry sheet. Lay your shapes on the baking paper and back for 15-20 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden.
- Once your puff pastry has cooled, spread a thin layer of Nutella on to the top of one gingerbread man, then place another gingerbread man on top to make a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining gingerbread men and stars.
- Sprinkle icing sugar to serve and a small bowl of Nutella to dip
